Granfilé is a Minas Gerais operation that needed more control over deliveries and more agility in route planning. Before Meu Rastreio, management was very manual and lacked a tool to organize the logistics routine end to end.
The goal was to implement a digital logistics foundation: a route planner to speed up planning, a driver app to execute deliveries with more control and native ERP integration to keep data connected.
